Faster Internet For All

tl;dr version. Internet in currently in the 1-20Mbps but this guys research could make that more like 100Mbps.

I have nothing against a faster internet, I just have a sneaking sensation that even if this is implemented we will still be paying the same price for our current connections. It would trickle down eventually, but seems like it would be a while till we fell the impact.
